And the Warriors achieved that behind reigning NBA MVP Steph Curry and rookie coach Steve Kerr who became only the first coach in league history since Pat Riley in 1982 to clinch a title in his first year at the helm. Curry and Andre Igoudala, a game-changer in the series with his defense on James and consistent offense, each scored 25 points in the title-clinching game.
